How do I establish a line of credit?

A credit application must be submitted to Flambeau, Inc. to be considered for a line of credit. Click on Business Resources in the navigation bar and choose Credit Application. Print credit application, complete the form and fax to 440-632-1581. Or contact our Customer Service Department at 800-457-5252 weekdays between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern time. Please keep in mind, that NET orders of less than $500.00 may require payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or American Express).

Can I use a credit card to order?

Yes. Flambeau, Inc. accepts MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, $250.00 NET per order. Net order values of $500.00 NET or less may require payment via credit card (MasterCard, VISA, and American Express).

What are your freight terms?

FOB origin, freight collect.

Are there other order considerations?

Product must be ordered in full case pack quantities. Information on case pack quantities is provided for each product within the pages of our online ART and CRAFT catalogs.

What is your order lead time?

Orders for in-stock product will ship five to seven business days after order acceptance and credit approval by Flambeau, Inc. Availability subject to prior sale.
